Job summary
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Apprentice/Dispenser/Technician to join our busy Pharmacy team at TrustMed Pharmacy.The successful candidates will be required to take part in the weekend, evening, bank holiday and on call rota's.
We currently have the following vacancies:
1 x 40 hour Technician (must have NVQ level 3)
2 x 40 hour Apprentice (will be enrolled on course through a college)
1 x 35 hour Dispenser (must have NVQ level 2)
Main duties of the job
The primary role is the dispensing and issuing of medicines for outpatients. This includes the dispensing of controlled drugs and oral cytotoxic. In addition you willneed to ensure accurate stock control of medicines, maintain the replenishment of sundries and participate in keeping the dispensary clean and tidy.
