Job summary
We are looking for an experienced and driven Cardiac Physiologist to join our busy Non-Invasive team, in Leicestershire, on a full-time basis. As a Cardiac Physiologist at, University Hospitals Leicester, you will provided a safe and welcoming clinical environment for patients.
The role of Senior Cardiac Physiologist is to support patient analysis at the Hinckley CDC. You will join our other seniors, in rotation through our hospital sites; Glenfield Hospital, Leicester General and the Hinckley CDC. Training is at the heart of our department and we thrive together as a team.
Please note there will be an analysis test on the day of interview. All interviews will need to be face to face.
Main duties of the job

Perform and report adult Holter analysis and exercise tolerance testing, as well as managing a very busy ECG clinic, in line with SCST guidelines.

Ensure quality assurance checks on equipment and action as appropriate.

Submit high quality reports in accordance with contractual requirements and local SOPs. Liaise with relevant hospital departments and GP practices for urgent clinical referrals.

Support with patient bookings, ensuring patient information systems are maintained.
