Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Oversee the Manual Handling Service, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Bariatric Care Innovation: Continue developing a sustainable Bariatric Service that benefits both the Trust and the wider health community.

Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the UHL Bed and Equipment Management Team to optimise patient care and resource utilization.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse and interpret data to produce governance reports, ensuring compliance and informed strategic planning.

Training & Development: Design and deliver specialist training programs that empower staff and enhance patient outcomes.
