An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Women's & Children's Clinical Management Group (CMG) for a Personal Assistant.
We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual to work as Personal Assistant to the Children's Management Team. The post holder will be working as part of a team based at the Leicester Royal Infirmary though cross site travelmay berequired.
We are looking for an individual who is motivated and hard working with an ability to work as part of our core team.
Main duties of the job
To provide comprehensive Personal Assistant and Secretarial support to the Childrens Hospital Management Team (CMG General Managers for Children's, CMG Paediatric Matron, CMG Paediatric Heads of Service). In conjunction with the CMG's other PA support to ensure there is comprehensive cover.

The post holder will be required to provide a full PA service, to the Childrens Hospital Management team, which will include managing complex diaries, actioning incoming correspondence/emails, developing and maintaining administration systems. In addition you will provide a full administration service for various meetings and committees, which will include the taking of minutes.
The role is exceptionally busy and we are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of Microsoft Office packages, high level organisational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities. Above all you will be motivated and hard working with an ability to work as part of our core team.
The successful candidate will be required to work on their own initiative on a daily basis and will be required to action queries on behalf of the CMG Management team.
