Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a part time admin assistant to join the CHUGGS Clinical Management Team, working in Haematology.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to assist with a number of administrative tasks to assist the existing teams within the department. Team working is therefore essential in this role but you will also be required to work independently on occasions.
Haematology is a busy service and the team strives to provide the highest quality of patient care which is made possible by the hard work of our admin team working alongside amazing and dedicated nursing & clinical teams.

Main duties of the job

To be responsible for filing case-notes back into the file areas in a timely manner ensuring accuracy in the numerical and alphabetical filing systems.

To ensure case notes are tracked using the electronic tracking system.

To be the key person for retrieval and collation of notes for audit purposes.

To assist with the pulling of case notes for designated clinics
-
To assist in the preparation of clinics under the guidance of the clinic coordinators if required.

To assist the admin team in the filing of results and correspondence in case notes.

To deliver requests to the imaging department as required
