In the realm of service delivery and development, the focus is on providing comprehensive care and support to pregnant teenagers, managing caseloads alongside the Phoenix team midwives. Additionally, the midwife actively participates in interagency/multi-professional training, discharge planning, and accurate documentation of safeguarding and welfare information. This role underscores a commitment to education, training, and practice development, maintaining professionalism and adherence to legal requirements while supporting the growth and progress of students within the team.
