Job summary

We are looking for someone who would like to join the Recruitment Services department of the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust.

We manage the entirety of the Trust's recruitment for external and internal staff wanting to work flexible within the Trust. We are one the busiest operational departments in the organisation. We are keen to meet a number of highly motivated individuals to assist with the end to end recruitment process.

Main duties of the job

Working as an integral member of the Recruitment Services Team to support an efficient and customer focused service for all recruitment activity undertaken by University Hospitals of Leicester (UHL); providing a comprehensive, efficient and effective clerical and administrative service supporting the Recruitment coordinator team and act as the first point of contact for New and Exciting employees.

  • Good working knowledge of databases, Microsoft Office and Outlook
