Job summary

University Hospitals Of Leicester Pharmacy Recruitment Event Saturday 20th May at Glenfield Hospitals -

School of Nursing and Midwifery (follow the blue recruitment event signs on the day)

The doors will open at 9.15am on the day.

We invite you to attend our first UHL Pharmacy recruitment event to learn about our service and the exciting roles we have to offer. On the day there will be a welcome presentation providing a service overview, leading on to market stalls showcasing our vacancies and our many pharmacy teams and specialities.

There will be an opportunity to talk to our pharmacy staff and ask questions about their career journeys and experiences at UHL. We will be recruiting to some of our vacancies on the day and will be conducting triage discussions to allocate candidates for interviews.

  • Registered Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • BTEC & NVQ level 3 Pharmacy Technician or equivalent.

Experience

  • Post qualification hospital experience. Knowledge of GCP, Research Governance framework and legal/regulatory environment for medicines and clinical trials.

Planning and organisation skills

Essential

  • Ability to work alone or as a member of a team, use own initiative and be self-motivated.
  • Able to work under pressure

Communication and relationship skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
