Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinic Coordinator to join the ITAPS Anaesthetic Admin Team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as Anaesthetics Review Clinic Coordinator to work Mon-Fri over 4 days on part-time basis hours.

You will be responsible for outpatient Anaesthetic review clinics; this will include all administrative tasks from referral to discharge.

Please ensure you can provide evidence of the required qualifications, as you will be expected to present these at your id check appointment if successful.

Main duties of the job

  • The role involves liaising directly with the Consultant Anaesthetists as well as the various other stakeholders including admin/management staff from surgical specialties, so experience in customer service along with excellent communication skills will be very desirable in this role.

  • This is a demanding and rewarding role and it is essential that the successful candidate is able to work effectively as part of a team whilst prioritising and managing their workload.

  • Regular cross-site working will be required to best meet the service needs and to ensure that the individual is kept up to date with the clinics on each of the sites
