Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated individual to work within the Pharmacy team at University Hospitals of Leicester. The post holder will be required to lead the core pharmacy teams' administration and clerical tasks, initially focusing on the departments rota management, and must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Main duties of the job
This in a new role within the core pharmacy team and the initial focus of the post will be supporting the core department rota management (writing, swaps, co-ordination and proactively highlighting gaps). There are multiple rotas across the pharmacy department which are essential to the functioning of our team and this role is essential to maintain our service.
Potential expansion of the role will look at how other specific admin tasks completed by the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians could be undertaken instead by specialist admin support. The desire to expand the role and work flexibly will be essential.
