Part time and full time opportunity.We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, experienced midwife to join our labour ward team as a labour ward co-ordinator (band 7) at United Lincolnshire Hospital NHS Trust (ULHT) based on at Pilgrim Hospital. Main duties of the job
This is currently a time of exciting changes for maternity provision within Lincolnshire as a local Maternity system (LMS) has been established by the ICB with the Lincolnshire Sustainability and Transformation Partnership. ULHT are embracing the opportunity for all women to have a personalised maternity care plan with continuity of carer with care delivery as close to home as possible via the community hubs and continuity of carer teams. The aim of this model of care is to improve the health of women and their families now and for future generations.

Grantham and District Hospital serves the communities of Grantham and the local area. It provides ambulatory paediatric and accident and emergency services.
Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have come together in a Group arrangement, with the goal of improving the care provided to patients across the county.
This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire. Both Trusts will retain their separate statutory names and legal obligations.
The Group will be known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).
