Orthotic Clerk Band 3
3 Days at Lincoln County Hospital (Wednesday-Friday) 22.5 hours
Within Therapies we have an exciting opportunity for a band 3 Administrative/Clerical Receptionist to become a member of a team that operates across four departments. The job involves supporting therapy services to maintain Orthotics appointments across the sites.
Main duties of the job
To ensure patients receive appointments within the local and national targets set.
To ensure patients and staff receive all relevant information in a timely, accurate and effective way.
To ensure all data relating to patients is captured in a timely and accurate manner. To provide a customer focused booking service.
To provide reception services, to relevant areas in a professional, understanding and courteous manner.
To follow agreed procedures and protocols.
To organise and set up Orthotic clinics including product ordering and invoicing.
