Job summary

An permanent opportunity has arisen for a role of a Support Manager in ENT. Applications are invited from dynamic, enthusiastic and forward thinking individuals who are looking to showcase their potential.You will assist in the delivery of service targets, streamlining administrative processes, line manage the Business Unit Support Administrator and ensure the day to day management of the ENT PTL runs smoothly. You will work closely with consultants and their medical teams, nurses and administrative staff.

Main duties of the job

What we're looking for

You will be expected to support the validation of patients across the ENT service. You will have previous experience of managing teams and NHS knowledge and experience.The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic team player with excellent customer care and interpersonal skills. You will be required to have GCSE's at C grade or above in English and Mathematics and a relevant management qualification or equivalent experience. A flexible approach to work is required and an ability to get on with others in a team based environment.
