Job summary
The post of Strategic Partnerships Manager will provide support to the Associate Director of Partnerships to lead the delivery of key partnership projects and developments across United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT).
The post holder will support the development and delivery of the Trusts Partnership Strategy as agreed by the Board, leveraging the value of the ULHT brand, ensuring all stakeholders needs and perspectives are considered, taking into account the Trusts values, strategy and reputation. The development, leadership and engagement with the emerging Provider Collaborative across the East Midlands (and potentially wider) will becentral to the role, as will ensuring the Trust has the correct approach to communications and engagement to effective partnerships.
Reflecting a growing and ageing population, increasing demand for our services, changing technology, new models of care and new IntegratedCare Systems opportunities for partnership, the post holder will also help to deliver plans associated with sustainable care models with our systempartners. This will also include working with colleagues within ULHT and our system partners to and local communities to shape services to meettheir needs.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of this role include delivery of the Trusts Partnership Strategy and key partnership aims within the Trusts organisational Integrated Improvement Plan. The role will work closely with colleagues within the Improvement and Integration Team and with senior operational and clinical colleagues across the organisation and our system partners. The post holder may also be required to support divisions and services to develop business cases and produce mobilisation plans related to partnerships opportunities. This post will also support the coordination of partnership activities of the trust, providing advice to ensure that the trust takes full advantage of partnership, commercial and business development opportunities, within a framework of sound corporate and legal governance.
