Job summary
The Candidates must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to changes in workload/duties/priorities, and be able to demonstrate the ability to react sensitively to meet a wide range of differing needs together with a positive approach to team working and/or lone working and demonstrate a high standard of interpersonal skills. Ideally, you will also have basic food hygiene knowledge, and an understanding of excellent customer service - although this is not essential.
Previous experience of working in a healthcare setting is desirable. We can offer you an induction programme, followed by full training, uniform, pension scheme and opportunities for career development within the NHS.
Supporting the provision of a wide range of Cleaning services to Trust standards and specifications, under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor and to promote excellent standards of team working and Customer Care.

Lincoln Hospital is a thriving university city, and with the opening of the new medical school, it provides all major specialties and a 24-hour major accident and emergency service. This district general hospital serves the city of Lincoln and the North Lincolnshire area. It provides all major specialties and a 24-hour major accident and emergency service.
Louth Hospital is set on the edge of the Wolds and serves the communities of Louth and the local area. It provides a number of services, including an outpatient department, diagnostic and surgical procedures, as well as a surgical ward.
