Job summary

Members of the Service Desk team develop a very broad knowledge across many of the Trust's systems. With a focus on the system users and direct system provision, the position is integral to the smooth provision and operation of the ICT services to users.
Main duties of the job
The Service Desk is the first point of contact for most user support requests and good customer service skills are of high value and importance in this role. Service Delivery Technicians must be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining customer focus.
