The Therapies and Rehabilitation Medicine Business Unit are recruiting a Personal Assistant / Administrator to the Professional Leads and CBU Lead.

We are seeking a personal assistant / administrator who can manage diaries and arrange meetings and a broad breadth of business administration and will be an active member of the team often being the first point of contact for our colleagues and System partners.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be very enthusiastic, have a passion and desire to be the best. If we are the best then our patients also get the best care, we do not compromise. You will be a good communicator and able to deal with changing priorities and tasks . You will often be expected to act discreetly, using your own judgement and initiative when dealing with information that is private, confidential or sensitive in nature. You will be someone who can learn systems quickly and be efficient in their use. Full training on systems will be provided.
This exciting role covers a variety of duties, a sample of which might be;
- To provide a comprehensive efficient, effective and confidential clerical, administrative and secretarial support to the Therapies and Rehabilitation Medicine Clinical Business Unit Leads.
- To provide business administration support to the service in its approach to the achievement of its objectives to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the Directorate.
- Develop effective working relationships within the Trust and with colleagues in other Trusts, Lincolnshire System Partners, Integrated Care Board, and the wider health community, to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- To highlight and monitor changing priorities throughout the day and keep the team updated, taking action where appropriate on own initiative within agreed parameters or on instruction, in order to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the Directorate.

- Proven secretarial skills, including word processing, audio and copy typing to a speed of 50 wpm
- RSA III word processing qualification or equivalent
- Recognised advanced Personal Secretarial qualification or ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills

- ECDL or equivalent
- Ability to write shorthand to a minimum speed of 80 wpm
- Experience of using PAS
