Job summary
United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Communications and Engagement Manager to support an exciting project to bring an electronic patient record to our hospitals. This is a great opportunity to work for one of the largest hospital Trusts in the country that delivers care to more than 800,000 people a year and to support one of the biggest changes the Trust has ever seen.
Main duties of the job
Based in Lincoln, but with travel to other sites across Lincolnshire, you will support the provision of a comprehensive communications and engagement service for the Trust.
The post is dedicated to leading on and delivering a comprehensive communications and engagement programme for the Electronic Patient Record (EPR). Embedded within the Trust corporate Communications and Engagement Team, you will work closely with EPR programme leads to deliver the priorities of the EPR project and supporting workstreams.

- oMasters Degree or recognised specialist postgraduate qualification in PR, journalism, or marketing or equivalent experience (eg Diploma in Public Relations)
- oDegree in a relevant specialism; communications; PR journalism or marketing
Desirable
- oPR, marketing, media or journalism qualification
- oTraining and/or experience in communications field to postgraduate diploma level.

- oDealing with crisis communications
- oEvidence of successful delivery of communications
