Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Recruitment Service Manager focusing on Talent Acquisition, Training in Recruitment and Recruitment audit. The successful candidate will have a breadth of recruitment knowledge to manage the talent acquisition of key roles across the Trust, to support Recruiting Managers with recruitment training and knowledge acquisition, and to conduct quarterly internal audits of all recruitment processes.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking a recruitment leader who is passionate about continuous improvement and will conduct themselves in a professional, confident manner, possess an enthusiastic can-do attitude and communicate effectively.
This role will be responsible for ensuring our service is delivered to a high standard by ensuring compliance and adherence to standard operating procedures, NHS employment regulations, legal requirements and KPIs as well as identifying any areas for improvement.
You will need to have experience of working within a recruitment environment providing an end to end recruitment service and have experience of supervising; you also will possess knowledge of using an applicant tracking system.
Experience with NHS Recruitment including Medical and Agenda for Change is desirable.

- Evidence of continuing professional development, including relevant training.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
Experience

- General HR experience (e.g. Recruitment/Selection, advice on terms/conditions etc)
- Previous recruitment experience
- Experience of planning and managing large scale projects or recruitment campaigns
- Working knowledge of various I.T packages, including e-mail, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Working knowledge of employment law and an awareness of recent case law and how this may affect the recruitment procedures.
- An awareness of current HR issues and best practice (e.g. Working Time Regulations).
- Experience of advising managers on complex Recruitment and Resourcing Issues.
