Job summary
As an experienced IT professional, you will work within the Digital Infrastructure team, leading and managing the Infrastructure End User Computing team of 3rd line Engineers. With responsibility for the management, maintenance, and development of the trusts end user computing estate of clinical and non-clinical devices & services.
The Trust is embarking on a significant transformation, that will result in the introduction of a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system over the next few years. This is a newly created role that reflects the size and scale of the Enabling Infrastructure Technologies programme that will provide the foundation for the implementation of the EPR.
The Trust is investing heavily in improving its infrastructure to ensure it can meet the requirements of a modern, digitally mature organisation and has committed significant funding to achieving this over the next few years. This will be the largest digital infrastructure deployment, in the history of the Trust, and one of our largest and most significant long-term investments.
The role will be required to engage with all Lincolnshire organisations as we increasingly work together towards adopting common standards and capabilities.
