Job summary

As an experienced IT professional, you will work within the Digital Infrastructure team, leading and managing an Infrastructure Design & Delivery team of 3rd line Engineers. With responsibility for the development of the trust enterprise architecture and a key focus on the infrastructure lifecycle and supporting transformational IT projects.

The Trust is embarking on a significant transformation, that will result in the introduction of a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system over the next few years. This role is an expansion of the existing infrastructure team that reflects the size and scale of the Enabling Infrastructure Technologies programme that will provide the foundation for the implementation of the EPR.

The Trust is investing heavily in improving its infrastructure to ensure it can meet the requirements of a modern, digitally mature organisation and has committed significant funding to achieving this over the next few years. This will be the largest digital infrastructure deployment, in the history of the Trust, and one of our largest and most significant long-term investments.

The role will be required to engage with all Lincolnshire organisations as we increasingly work together towards adopting common standards and capabilities.
