Frailty Advanced Clinical Practitioner - Band 7 (trainee) or Band 8a (level 7 achieved)
Location: Lincoln based (but will involve Trust wide working with some rotation as required).
United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is looking to recruit a Frailty Advanced Clinical Practitioner into their Frailty service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team who provide expertise in Frailty as required by the Same Day emergency care programme for the acute setting of A&E and the assessment areas of the Trust.
Successful candidates for the post must meet the academic entry requirements set by the University for the Masters programme (already have a degree), be flexible, innovative, highly motivated and above all be committed to improving the care and assessment of frail older people within the Trust.

- Are you a dynamic nurse, pharmacist, physiotherapist or paramedic who is looking to develop your advanced practice skills in Frailty?
- We are looking to recruit a Band 7 (trainee) or Band 8a (level 7 achieved) Frailty Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP).
- This is a full time post. The service will run seven days a week, 08.00-20.00.
- Successful candidates will have a base site (Lincoln) but the post will involve Trust wide working with some rotation as required
- Candidates should have recent experience within frailty / care of older people and be able to demonstrate real compassion for the care of this group of individuals.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be willing to develop their clinical and professional practice to meet the challenges of this new and exciting role.
- Successful candidates will have an individualized training program, support for level 7 education if they don't already possess a master's degree and there is robust support and clinical supervision program attached to this post
