Main duties of the job
We are recruiting into Human Resource apprenticeship position working across our Recruitment Services.
The successful applicant will be supporting the recruitment department with the provision of an efficient and effective administrative and transactional service for the Trust.

The post holder will be an integral member of the department with varied responsibilities according to service needs which will include, but not be limited to:
- Answering telephone /emails
- Accurately inputting confidential data using a variety of Trust IT systems in a timely manner.
- Preparing and scanning information onto the Trust IT systems.
- Photocopying, distributing and filing documents as required.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following competencies at application and interview:
- Ability to work to deadlines in a busy office environment
- Recent experience of working within a customer facingadministrative environment.
- Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines to meetcompeting demands.
- Demonstrate effective team player behaviours
- Computer literacy with experience of MS Office,particularly Word, Excel and Outlook, Internet.
- High degree of accuracy
- Analytical skills, experience of problem solving.
- High standard of written and verbal communication skillsin line with legislation, policies and procedures.
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload andoperate on own initiative
