Admissions/Legal Supervisor
37.5 Hours per Week
Monday-Friday, During the core hours of 8.30-17.00.
We are looking for an Enthusiastic person with previous clerical experience to work within the Medical Reports department at HUTH.
The successful candidate must have good communication skills and be able to organise and prioritise their work load.
Main duties of the job
Duties include invoicing, requesting case notes and X-rays, pulling causality cards and dealing with solicitors. Other duties include dealing with the general public by directing patients and relatives to wards and departments also answering a very busy phone line.
The supervisor role does also cover staff management that includes staff appraisals, return to work meetings, sickness review meetings and managing annual leave requests within the department.
