PART TIME/FLEXIBLE HOURS/JOB SHARE
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist/s with a keen interest and extensive experience in neurological disorders for a fixed term maternity backfill post.
This fixed term role will suit Physiotherapist/s currently working at established Band 6 or at Band 7 level and keen to consolidate specialist clinical skills in this rewarding field.
The successful applicant will be based in Castle Hill Hospital or Hull Royal Infirmary Therapies Centre, providing an out-patient service.
The post holder will be responsible for the delivery and coordination of the neurology outpatient physiotherapy service. The service provides outpatient physiotherapy to individuals with neurological conditions living in the Hull and East Yorkshire areas. As a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist you will have advanced levels of clinical expertise in assessment and treatment of patients with neurological presentation.

Main duties of the job
To undertake the coordination, delivery and evaluation of the physiotherapy service provided to patients who access Neurology Outpatient Services.
The post holder will be able to demonstrate specialised clinical skills, leadership, service development experience and delegation of work to therapy assistants, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
Support will be provided to enhance operational management skills and the post holder will contribute to service planning, development and teaching. As a Clinical Lead, the post holder will be a role model for their team and pride themselves on delivering high quality care and motivate their team to do the same.
