Job summary
We are looking for Senior Administrator within the Clinical Administration team in HUB 5 at HRI, this is an exciting opportunity for the right person working within the Department of Medical Elderly.
The Senior Administrator will be part of an administration team that manages the end to end clinical administrative processes associated to the patient pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients, in order to deliver a high quality administration service, for our patients and customers.
Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
Main duties of the job
Our Senior Administrators play a vital role in the delivery of patient care via the management of the patients end-to-end pathway. Our roles are varied and challenging and some of your day to day duties may include;
- Supervising, coaching and developing our Administrators
- Tracking patients through their journey to ensure a great patient experience
- Management of our clinicians diaries and typing of clinical correspondence
- Clinical letter transcription
With a starting salary of £24,071 per annum pro rata with increments throughout your service, a generous NHS pension scheme and a fantastic annual leave package (27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata) and offer excellent opportunities to progress within clinical administration.
Although previous administration experience would be helpful, we are first and foremost looking for individuals with a passion to work in a health care setting and those with a 'can do' attitude. Candidates should possess the following skills;
