Job summary

Our Occupational Health Service within the Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust are looking for Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisers to join their multi-disciplinary team!

It is an exciting time to join our supportive, innovative, and flexible team of highly experienced Occupational Health Nurses.

Our busy clinics provide onsite OH services within the Trust as well as small to medium sized private companies across Hull and East Yorkshire.

Main duties of the job

What is involved?

  • Acting autonomously and providing professional Occupational Health advice.
  • Undertaking clinical activities such as Vaccination clinics, Health Screening, Health surveillance work
  • Taking lead on Health promotion activities/presentations and initiatives.
  • Undertaking sickness absence case management.
  • Acting as an advisory service in line with the Equality Act on Disability matters.
  • To ensure an effective employment screening service is in place which advises management and Human Resources of applicant's fitness for work
