Job summary
The post holder is responsible for supporting the Head of Performance in the delivery of performance management and monitoring processes across the NHS Humber Health Partnership (HHP) contributing towards the creation of a professional culture of performance management.
Main duties of the job
- Supporting the Head of Performance in ensuring delivery of the Performance Management Framework, working with the Care Groups, Clinicians and commissioners to implement and monitor.
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance to support the roll out of Electronic Referral Service (ERS) changes
- Provide, interpret and analyse information
- Undertake specific project work to contribute towards the improvement in delivery of services across the organisation.
- Monitor national targets and key performance indicators across the organisation
- Liaise with a wide range of staff including Operational Managers, General Managers, Business Managers, Administrative staff, Senior Clinical staff, Commissioners, local authorities and colleagues within other Trusts.
- Work closely with Information Services on data standards and definitions to ensure that services are adhering to national standards
- Developing and management of a robust audit programme to cover the Group's Access Policy
- Lead for developing and implementing an RTT issues management process for the organisation.
- Lead for developing and implementing an RTT testing strategy for Lorenzo upgrades.
- Lead for RTT and referral strategy for Lorenzo Change Team and supplier,
- Lead for developing an RTT training strategy and supporting implementation.
- Monitor operational data quality reports for the organisation and escalate areas of weakness
- Supporting the Group's referral strategy
