Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated person to join the Humberside Breast Screening Programme as a Failsafe Management Assistant. The successful applicant will work with the Breast Screening Administration Team and be responsible for providing support to the Information Deputy Programme Manager by performing failsafe and audits tasks to strict deadlines. The post also includes providing support to the Administration Team when required.The successful applicant is required to have proven administration skills, have previous supervisory experience, be willing to develop themselves to expand their knowledge and become competent in the delivery of key failsafe audit objectives within the programme. Excellent time management is required to ensure the programme service objectives are reported in a timely manner.
The post is an excellent opportunity to join an efficient and cost effective department that focuses on developing its personnel, whilst providing excellent quality patient care.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills, together with an ability to prioritise workload and work flexibly under pressure to achieve deadlines. Main duties of the job
Ensure efficient and effective clerical support within the Humberside Breast Screening Service, BS- Select and Breast Services Annual Follow up Service.
Ensure continuous development and maintenance of processes within the Quality Assurance Guidelines for Breast Screening and Breast Services Annual Follow up Service.
Assist in meeting performance targets.
Assist in meeting quality and activity targets within Humberside Breast Screening Service and Breast Services Annual Follow up Service.
