Job summary
The Trust is looking for a Employee Services Centre Officer (Medical Recruitment) on a permanent basis to help us to deliver an excellent operational HR service to the Trust's Medical workforce.Serving over 8,500 employees from our new Employee Service Centre, you will deal with the day to day management of rotas for your given Health Group as well as dealing with Junior Doctor rotations, recruitment and pre employment checks as part of a professional, supportive and flexible team.You will have the opportunity to share knowledge and skills with other Assistant Employee Service Centre colleagues to support your personal development and provide cover as required.
