Job summary
An exciting part-time opportunity has arisen to for a Band 3 Administrator to support the Risk and Patient Safety Teams based at Hull Royal Infirmary.
This key role will support the delivery of the Risk and Patient Safety Strategies by ensuring communications with staff and patients flow efficiently and responses are delivered in a timely manner.
Attention to detail and accuracy are a must have for this role as are strong organisation and database skills.
Main duties of the job
The Risk Administrator will work as part of the Risk Team to ensure that the systems and processes are in place to deliver the Trusts' quality governance and assurance governance priorities.
The post will be responsible for;
- The day to day administration of DATIX, including Incidents, risk management functions, and the Central Alerting System (CAS).
- Provide first line receipt of DATIX user queries and requests from staff via the HEY Risk Management Inbox and respond accordingly, escalating any significant issues
