The Department is looking for an Employee Services Centre Helpdesk Team Leader to help us to deliver an excellent operationalservice to the Trust.

Based in a modern purpose built Employee Service Centre at the Castle Hill Hospital and working with the Employee Service Centre Manager, you'll be given all the support you need to Support the transition to, and development of, a modern integrated Employee Service Centre Helpdesk that provides an efficient, effective and supportive service to over 10000 colleagues.
Provide effective and professional helpdesk services for all levels back office functions that the Employee Service Centre delivers including HR, Payroll, Medical Staffing, Recruitment. Support the delivery of a high quality, customer focused, and measurable service.
Support the development of a team that is professional, attentive and supportive and always seeks to improve wherever and whenever needed.
Main duties of the job
Working in Employee Service Centre at the Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is challenging, demanding and highly rewarding. This role is based In Suite 21 Castle Hill with an office in Hull Infirmary which you will need to work from one day a week.
The Employee Service Centre is a one stop shop for most Employee related queries. It covers Payroll, Pensions, Medical Staffing, HUTH recruitment, Access Management and the IN- service Team. The Helpdesk is key to the model and takes all queries from the work areas above and manages them through various tiers.
The Helpdesk team is key to the success of the Employee Service Centre and going to go through some key transformation to take it to the next level.
About us

HUTH has two main sites: Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital with an annual budget of approximately £800 million. The Trust employs around 11,000 staff and serves an extended population of 1.25 million, delivering a number of outpatient services from locations across the area.
The Trust's secondary care service portfolio is comprehensive, covering the major medical and surgical specialties, routine and specialist diagnostic services and other clinical support services. These services are provided primarily to a catchment population of approximately 600,000 in the Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire area.
HUTH provides specialist and tertiary services to a population of 1.25 million extending from Scarborough in North Yorkshire to Grimsby and Scunthorpe in North East and North Lincolnshire respectively.
