B7 Memory Assessment Nurse (Permanent, half time post)
We have a great part-time opportunity for a Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our Memory Assessment Service in the South Downs National Park. The post can be based at either our Newhaven or our Uckfield base. It is a community post which is primarily clinic based with some home assessments. You would be joining a small, highly experienced clinical team which runs a high quality service for the assessment and treatment of Dementia.
Main duties of the job
We are looking ideally for a qualified RGN or RMN who is a registered non-medical prescriber who can deliver diagnoses and who is licenced to prescribe anti-dementia medication.

- Extensive post qualifying experience in relevant service area
- Experience of supervising staff and students
- Able to manage a caseload of patients with complex mental health needs
