About us
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a compassionate and forward-thinking mental health service. If you're passionate about making a difference in people's lives and promoting recovery, we'd love to hear from you.
At Shepherd House, you'll be part of a friendly and supportive Occupational Therapy team made up of a Band 7 Clinical Specialist OT, Band 6 and Band 5 Occupational Therapists, and a part-time OT Technician.
We work closely with our amazing multi-disciplinary team (MDT), including nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists, and support staff -- all of whom are passionate about recovery-focused care and collaboration.
As a valued member of our team, you'll receive regular supervision, with plenty of opportunities for ongoing learning and development. We actively support continual professional growth, whether through reflective practice, training, or simply sharing knowledge and new ideas within the team.
Creativity is at the heart of what we do. We encourage everyone to contribute ideas for new groups, innovative ways of working, and person-centred approaches that support our service users' goals.
