SPFT's People Function plays a crucial role across the organisation in supporting and empowering both the clinical and non-clinical workforce in the delivery of our Strategy.
- To provide day to day advice and support to employees and line managers on employment terms and conditions and routine employee relation issues, within existing policies and procedures.
- To provide day to day advice and support to line managers on Absence Management.
- To support the employee relations team and function.
- To maintain an effective, competent and professional level of service to the trust.
- To continually review and refresh employee relation, processes, procedures and guidance to ensure it is legally compliant and reflects best practice.
