Do you have experience/ training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)?

If so, our 'Mental Health Support Teams in Schools' is recruiting a Band 7 Mental Health Practitioner to join us.

We are open to a range of individuals from different core professions, the key things for us are your passion for supporting children and young people and your CBT experience/ expertise.

MHSTs were developed following the 2017 Green Paper - Transforming Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Provision. We have three core functions:

You will be working with parents, teaching staff and other professionals and delivering group and individual interventions. You will work collaboratively with young people and their families, incorporating the use of outcome measures within their work.

You will also work closely alongside other members of the team to support schools to develop their whole school approach to mental health, including offering training to schools.

This post offers the Trust's £4,000 Incentive for band 5-7 Nurses & Practitioners, as well as a relocation package up to a maximum of £8,000 (subject to terms and conditions).
