Do you have a passion for working within CAMHS? We are seeking to recruit a number of passionate B8b Practitioner Psychologists to join our well established and expanding CAMHs service in Hampshire. We have 7 community teams and an Early Help Service, as well as Specialist Services including Eating Disorders, Paediatric Psychiatric Liaison, i2i (Crisis) and a Digital Team. We are about to expand further increasing the provision we offer to children in care and those with an intellectual disability &/or autism diagnosis.
We are looking for creative, passionate clinicians who can support the service in moving forward with our transformation & expansion plans. There are opportunities to lead on various areas in the service. 50% of the role will be protected to have a clinical focus to allow you to maintain your own clinical expertise. 50% will be protected to have a non clinical project & leadership focus.

Main duties of the job
For the clinical part of the post you will join one of our established community camhs teams. Potential bases include Fareham or Gosport & Havant/ Petersfield {South East}, Basingstoke or Aldershot {North}, Eastleigh, New Forest or Winchester {South West} or our specialist digital team (Eastleigh).
As part of your clinical hours you will be a key member of a camhs team providing evidence-based assessment, formulation, treatment interventions with young people and families. You will also provide specialist psychological advice, guidance and consultation to other professionals. As a senior member of the team you will also contribute to the development, evaluation and monitoring of the team's operational policies and services.
In the non clinical part of the role you will be responsible for the governance & supervision structure of a group of psychologists and psychological therapists and will support psychological practise through consultation, supervision, formulation and training. You will also actively lead on an agreed identified area of service development and improvement

- Post-graduate doctoral level training in applied psychology [or its equivalent for those trained prior to 1996 or outside the UK] as approved by the HCPC, including specifically models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, two or more distinct psychological therapies and lifespan developmental psychology.
- Professionally registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Professions Council (HCPC)

- Significant assessed experience of working as a qualified psychologist.
