Main duties of the job
To provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the EPRR Head of EPRR and the EPRR team. This will include monitoring mailboxes, diary management and interaction with key stakeholders both internal and external.
Assist the EPRR team in all aspects of Emergency Planning Training and Exercise including booking staff on to training, record keeping, room bookings & coordination
Assist the EPRR team in managing incidents which will involve: monitoring the Incident control centre mailbox and other administrative tasks as directed by the incident coordination/control room manager, act as a loggist and maintain the trust loggist register.
Support the EPRR Service by assisting with the formatting of documents such as EPRR plans & policy, create surveys and other user feed back, manage the trust intranet and Resilience Direct Pages and complete audits of EPRR equipment.
You will need to be flexible, reliable, adaptable and have good organisational skills. You will also be computer literate with experience of Word and Excel, be a team player and able to maintain confidentiality.
You will be required to complete statutory and mandatory training and will be provided with further specific training if required.
