Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen foran admin coordinator to join our dynamic SOAMHS admin team at St. Anne's Centre which is located in St. Leonards on Sea (Conquest Hospital site).

We are hoping to recruit someone who is passionate about the administrative profession and that can evidence they have a strong admin skillset.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will help me support SOAMHS team at a high standard level. This will include tasks such as

  • Supervision on junior staff
  • Performance tasks including reports and accountability over certain key stats
  • Processing referrals and supervise patient journey during the care episode from an admin point of view
  • Minute taking
  • Booking legal meetings for a caseload of more than 350 patients and manage the bookings in advance
  • Support to the wider team with admin tasks
  • Use of initiative to improve processes
  • Keen to be involved in QI projects

Currently we are achieving high 90's in all of our performance statistics and we are looking for someone who is confident that can maintain this trend.

We are undergoing a transformative phase within the team updating our processes and the way we work so we are looking for someone keen to embrace change.

Homeworking is possible but as the clinical team is office based there will be challenges in WFH regularly.

  • RSA 3 or equivalent experience and evidence of further practical experience
