Job summary
We require a Service Manager for Urgent Care, taking responsibility for the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team, Adult and Older People's Mental Health Liaison teams and our 'Urgent Care Lounge' team. As Service Manager for Urgent Care, you will be operationally responsible for ensuring these different teams work together seamlessly to provide person centred mental health support on a 24/7 basis to those in acute/ urgent need of care.

This post requires a high level of emotional intelligence- the ability to manage yourself and others in a complex and fast paced environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as is experience of managing projects and using performance systems to improve clinical outcomes. Above all, you will need energy and enthusiasm to lead and sustain change for the benefit of service users and carers.
