Job summary

We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Administrator for Safeguarding to join the West ATS admin team based at Mill View Hospital. Working within a team of social workers and also a multidisciplinary team. This role will provide a range of administrative functions to ensure the smooth provision of the Social Work Service.

We would welcome applications from someone who can demonstrate that they have experience working within a busy Adult Social Care Service or similar NHS Setting.

Main duties of the job

  • Administrating team meetings for the Social Work Team
  • Taking minutes of Section 42 Enquiry Safeguarding Meetings and Professionals Meetings
  • Scoping MARAC on a weekly basis
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls, including calls that may be distressing in nature
  • Updating and maintaining patient information on *Carenotes
  • Updating Eclipse patient information system used by Brighton and Hove City Council
  • Attending Social Workers caseload review meetings
  • Working with data on *Power BI reporting system
  • To provide ad hoc cover to the wider ATS admin Team
  • Any other administrative tasks appropriate for the role
