Oaklands ward is looking for a RMN to work within our team as a band 5 Staff Nurse. We are looking for a highly motivated individuals who have an interest in acute nursing.

Main duties of the job
You will need strong leadership skills, able to make decisions and have sound communication skills. Our Client group is diverse and you will need a good level of knowledge of the differing mental health needs of working age adults. Working in partnership with clients, families and existing service providers, the team offers a range of interventions and approaches aimed at emphasising hope and optimism, and developing personal strengths to help achieve recovery

- Child and Adult safe guarding procedures
- Change management, organising and prioritising workloads.
- Demonstrate ability to enhance care through evidence based knowledge
- Demonstrate professional development relevant to the care group
- Demonstrates ability to assess and manage clinical risk
