Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the East Sussex Neurodevelopmental admin team with an available administrator bank vacancy.
We are looking for an enthusiastic well motivated person with excellent communication and organisational skills to consistently deliver a client focused service, promoting good customer service and effective working relationships.
Duties would include scanning, photocopying, printing, data gathering and data entry, and other admin tasks as required.
The successful candidate will have a good standard of secondary education, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and a good understanding of confidentiality.
Main duties of the job
The duties include typing documents, letters and emails. Input data into Carenotes and Excel databases. Photocopying, scanning and uploading. Printing and posting letters. Make room bookings and other admin tasks as required.
The position will need to be mostly office based at Highmore, Hailsham.
Monday - Friday usual office hours.
