Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist at the Woodlands Centre for Acute Care, based in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex.
We are a busy service comprising a 23-bed Acute unit split into male and female wards and an 18-bed unit for older patients, alongside an Urgent Care service. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide a reception service.

Our Trust was recently upgraded by CQC as GOOD in every domain except CARING, which was EXCELLENT. Due to this we are now the third leading Mental Health Trust in the country. We will strive to maintain our standards and always improve where we can and you will play an important part in this.
About us
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a top-quality reception service as 'front of house'. This is a key role as you will be the first person to greet and welcome visitors to the Centre. In addition to your reception role you will also take part in a range of administrative tasks to support the team, these could include assisting with patient benefit claims, data collection, updating spreadsheets, and other ad hoc duties as directed.
