The Clinical Team Manager position is open to practitioners with a core professional clinical training, operationally managed by the Early Help General Manager and Clinically Supervised by associated Clinical Consultant. The team manager will need to be a transformational leader with the ability to support staff to make decisions, analyse data, and oversee the performance of the team. There will be a strong focus within the role to build relationships with partner agencies and work collaboratively across community agencies to deliver an effective and efficient provision.
