This is an exciting role for someone with lived experience of mental health problems and of using mental health services.
The applicant will have experience and skills in leadership and service development to help us ensure that the experience of those who use the service is at the forefront of any decisions and service change.

Main duties of the job
Job outline:
- To lead on and manage service user involvement and participation within Health in Mind (HiM).
- To lead on the development and implementation of the Health in Mind Peer Mentorship Programme.
- To be a key member in the leadership team of Health in Mind representing the service user perspective.
- To ensure ongoing representation of the service user voice in the development, improvement and provision of Health in Mind services.

Health in Mind is the IAPT and Primary Care Mental Health Service for East Sussex and part of the Sussex Partnership NHS Trust.
