Health in Mind is an improving access to Psychological Therapies service (IAPT) that offers a full range of IAPT compliant therapies and job roles. The PWP Team Lead role offers a development opportunity for experienced qualified PWPs to expand their skills in management and service development.
This is a permanent, full-time post (37.5 hours per week) though we will consider applications from those that wish to work flexibly and are open to discussions around remote and home working. We may also consider part time working. We cover the whole of East Sussex (with the exception of Brighton and Hove) and the successful applicant will be assigned to a more specific geographical locality upon appointment
Main duties of the job
The role will involve:
- being responsible for and providing effective leadership and management for the Step 2 PWP Clinical team, promoting the effective delivery of Step 2 interventions.
- Providing line management, clinical supervision, meta supervision and case management for Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWPs) and PWPs.
- Managing and supporting the recruitment of PWP trainees
- Providing CBT based guided self-help to clients
Requirements
In order for you to apply for this role you will need:
- a postgraduate certificate in Low Intensity Psychological Therapies,
- extensive experience delivering PWP interventions within an IAPT service
- significant experience of delivering Supervision and a recognised IAPT qualification in supervision.

- Experience of offering telephone, virtual and F2F treatment
