Job summary
We are seeking a qualified RMN/ Social Worker or Occupational Therapist to work across community mental health and acute wards to ensure safe transitions between ward and community services. Applicant to be based with ATS Hastings at Cavendish House.
We welcome applications from people with ward experience and Band 5 staff.
This post offers a Golden Hello, or a Relocation package up to a maximum of £2000. (pro rata applies and subject to terms and conditions. Please see attached Protocol document).

Main duties of the job
The role will comprise:
- Regular attendance on wards
- Supporting discharge planning
- Maintain awareness of progress of admissions
- Completion of CPA3
- Ensuring referrals to ATS are appropriate and signpost elsewhere if not.
- Attending ATS MDT meetings to share information
You will need to be highly organised and an excellent communicator.
