Main duties of the job
Work with external education providers to support recruitment of support workers and promote the trust as an employer of choice
- Support Sussex Partnership management in achieving strategic and executive initiative goals.
- Working with the Workforce Supply Team, support the development and implementation of the recruitment strategy for support workers and the nursing pipeline within the Trust.
- Support Ofsted quality assurance monitoring visits to the Trust.
- Lead on the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Care Certificate for support workers.
