We currently have an exciting Band 7 post for an experiencedpractitionerto provide a leadership role to our Single Point of Access Service to young people in West Sussex.
We are looking for a team leader with an ability to lead others to perform to a high standard, and welcome applications from a wide range of professional backgrounds and disciplines including:-Social Work, Occupational Therapy and Nursing.
This post offers an exciting new opportunity to provide a leadership role within our Single Point of Advice (SPOA), which CAMHSare co delivering with YMCA Dialogue and WSCC Youth Emotional Support. The role involves taking a lead on day to day operations including triage and assessment of new referrals, consultation, supervision and training of other professionals and clinicians; working across an integrated service.
Main duties of the job
Successful applicants will work alongside colleagues in theSPOA and will have a commitment to the development, modelling, and delivery of high quality, compassionate, person centredservice forchildren and young people with emotional, behavioural and mental health needs and their families.

- Educated to degree/ diploma level with a relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
- Clinical/post graduate management qualification or equivalent level of experience and proven ability to perform at this level
Knowledge/Experience

- Management of resources and good track record with change management, efficiency savings and financial recovery plans.
- Experience of modernising services without additional resources
